The Approach

There is no one size fits all approach to overcoming addiction, everyone's path is different and that is what I focus on; finding out the method that works best for you! Some people need a sponsor type that will stay on top on them and keep them in line. While others might benefit from an action plan that outlies goals and challenges to focus on from day to day. Whatever you need I am here to help you reach your goals of sobriety. 

Addiction is being stuck in a lope and in order to get out of that lope you will need a map, a means to read the map, and the energy/drive to navigate the terrain. Although all addicts are lost in their addictions, everyone's map and way out is different. I will help you make a map, teach you how to read and get you to the point to where you want to 

Create a Map

The first thing is getting a map! This is a tool that will be used throughout your journey in order to make sure that we are on track. It is also a list of goals and tasks that will help you.

I will help you address all issues that deal with the day to day, such as diet.

Here we will focus on exercise

Personal Sponsor

In addition to the one on one sessions I will be your sponsor: that will entail daily check ins. Sometimes all we need is someone to check in on us and help us to be accountable. 

Mental

One of the most important battles fields in addiction, happens in the mind. I will teach you how to tell the difference between your own intuition and cravings and urges. Learn how to
